Formed in 1974, Led Zeppelin negotiated an agreement with the label Atlantic for their new label idea. The label's 1st release (June 15th 1974) was from the band Bad Company (3) with their 1974 debut album [m=37445]. The company "Swan Song" ran until they ceased operations in October 1983. It was susequently rebooted in 2008 by Jimmy Page and all rights belong to him and Atlantic. Label Code: LC 3445.
