Vinyl Purchases

• All vinyl record sales are final
• No returns accepted on opened or unsealed items
• No refunds will be issued for vinyl purchases
• Pre-orders are non-refundable once placed

Damaged or Defective Items

We make exceptions for items that arrive damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
• We will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion
• Wrong item shipped? Contact us for free return and replacement
• Original packaging must be retained for damage claims

Subscriptions (Pro & VIP)

• Subscription fees are non-refundable
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• After cancellation, access continues until the end of the billing period
• No prorated refunds for early cancellation
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date

User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations

Shipping
