American label, founded by jazz enthusiast in 1972, and run by him until his death in 1995. Label Code: LC 15025 In 1999, Concord Records was purchased by Act III Communications, the entertainment holding company owned by film and television veterans Norman Lear and Hal Gaba. In early 2002, the label moved its corporate headquarters to Beverly Hills, CA.
