Label Code: LC 06975 / LC 6975. Releases are published by Magic Arts Publishing (ASCAP). Recommendation: PLEASE NOTE: about black metal releases, if it says "Century Black" anywhere on the release, you must submit it to Century Black! Distribution: Before mid-2005, a large list of international distributors appeared on the back covers from Century Media releases (example). This changed around July 2005, when EMI struck "an exclusive multi-territory agreement to license and distribute" Century Media releases. Some press articles also confirm that the first EMI-distributed album was [r1250054]. In addition to the distributor list disappearing from the artwork, barcodes also changed from 7 277017 ****** to 5 051099 ****** The deal lasted until 2015, when the label was bought out by Sony Music Entertainment. So, please have in mind that all Century Media albums prior July 2005 with a barcode like 5 051099 ******, or without the distributors list, are probably reissues. In case of doubt, please ask in the forums.
