EMI Label Services was split into Caroline and Caroline International in late 2013. Based in the UK, Caroline International is the independent artist & label services division of Universal Music Group, and it operates in tandem with the U.S. branch, Caroline, which is under Universal Music Distribution's Capitol Music Group. As of February 18, 2021, Caroline International was renamed to Virgin Music Label & Artist Services. This entity can be used for logos or text references to "Caroline International". For logos with just "Caroline" in them, use Caroline Records.
