Hardcore punk / metal band from New York City, NY, USA. Founded by Harley Flanagan in 1980. In the following years many line up changes followed but the most well known line up consisted of John Joseph (lead vocals), Harley Flanagan (bass guitar), Parris Mayhew (guitar) and Mackie Jayson (drums). Cro-Mags were among the first bands to fuse hardcore punk with thrash metal.
