Band from the East End of London, started in 1972 under the name Cock Sparrow, changing their name to Cock Sparrer in 1976. Their sound initially was Pub Rock, but changed to what was later known as Street Punk, and subsequently Oi! following the release of Gary Bushell's first Oi! sampler in 1980.
