2022 RE based on matrix runout. Not identifiable as RE based on sleeve, except for barcode - the 9s and 6s curl up (like a “u” shape) at the ends of the numbers on the 2016 sleeve, whereas the 2022 sleeve the ends of the numbers are straight.
