Independent UK label. Alternatively Ozit Morpheus Records. Formed in 1996 in Northwich, Cheshire, by Chris Hewitt (2) and Dave Edwards, incorporating Roach Records, Ozit Records, and the American label Morpheus Records from Darl Morgan. For some time, the label had a US representation in Los Angeles, run by Morgan. The label specialises in releasing rarities of artists from the 1960s to 1980s.
