Set up originally by Neil Spragg (Sir Real), David Grindrod, and a small consortium of mystery benefactors, with the idea of helping gain exposure for up-and-coming artists from Birmingham, UK. Most of these artists were resident DJs at the then relatively new clubs House of God and Third Eye.
