Established in 1992 by with the help of close friend and Shimon Alcoby. The label and business later was run by Andy C and business partner (aka ). Andy C sold the label around 2016 to BMG. He lost all rights to his own music as well as everything released music on RAM, Frequency and Program. The label's original logo was designed by Damon Kroonsberg.
