SAMP Records is a record label based in Johannesburg, South Africa. It was started in 2023 by record store owner Bret Dugmore (Mr Vinyl) and vinyl DJ Abby Nurock. The label releases South African music across genres, with a focus on historically significant and classic catalogue titles. SAMP Records collaborated with Stay True Sounds in 2023 to press and distribute the Stay True Cutz series. In 2024, the label signed contract deals with record labels, including Gallo Music and Universal Music South Africa, to license and press historic and catalogue South African titles on vinyl. Adrian King (ex-Warner Music) joined SAMP Records.
