In 2017, Concord Music Group acquired the Imagem Music Group, which included the The Rodgers & Hammerstein Organization. This acquisition led to the formation of Concord Theatricals, a major global licensing house that now combines the R&H Theatricals catalog with others like Samuel French and Tams-Witmark. It provides comprehensive services to the creators and producers of plays and musicals, including theatrical licensing, music publishing, script publishing, cast recording and producing. As a producer and record label, the company has won three Tony Awards and two GRAMMY Awards in the past six years.
