Sony Music Entertainment Denmark A/S

Danish division of Sony Music Entertainment. It handles Sony Music Entertainment's labels, like Sony Music, Columbia and Epic in Denmark. Janus Barnewitz was appointed Managing Director on March 24, 2026 after Sony Music acquired , which was co-founded by Barnewitz in 2018. Previously Henrik Daldorph was Managing Director since 2004. The company was established in 2008 as the successor to Sony BMG Music Entertainment Denmark A/S. This was the result of Sony Music Entertainment's acquisition of Bertelsmann's 50% stake in the Sony BMG Music Entertainment joint-venture. Please note that this is not the same company as Sony Music Entertainment (Denmark) A/S.
