Previously referred to as Black Milk Music. Created in 2010 by Louis Treffel aka Le Serveur and Joseph Petitpain in the form of a blog, Black Milk Music became a radio show before turning into a label as the result of the Funkanozor compilations release. Cultivating a taste for the groove, it establishes a bridge between jazz, hip-hop and electronic music. Moving from abstract to funky rhythms, BMM Records shows a strong musical identity forged in their studio in Vandoeuvre-lès-Nancy, to be discovered through the artists of the label. Their artist roster includes M.A BEAT!, The Fat Badgers, The Natural Yogurt Band, La Récré (3), Ghost In The Tapes, Le Commandant Couche-Tôt, Leopard DaVinci, Le Serveur, NCY Milky Band, Léon Evangelion, Light The Fuse, The Storm Watchers, Domotic, The Brothers Nylon, Cotchei, Guillaume Poncelet, GBO, Whateverest.
