One of the most active alternative/electroacoustic/indie labels in Slovakia and Czech republic with more than one hundred releases since 2001. Label was established by Jana "Shina" Loksenincova, who wanted to create a place for quality Slovak music that did not fit into the dramaturgical vision of radio and major publishing houses. Musician with an extraordinary sense of home-made music discoveries and talents in 17 years of operation has gradually shifted Slnko Records among the most respected music brands in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Slnko records artists include Jana Kirschner, Katarzia, Longital, Korben Dallas, Modre Hory, Billy Barman, Katarina Malikova, Bad Karma Boy and many others.
