Founded in 1987 as R.O.W. (Records on Wheels) at a record store in Toronto, ON. Merged with Koch Entertainment in 2005 with the company being rebranded into the eOne name in 2009. Acquired by Hasbro in 2019, later sold off to Lionsgate in 2023 with the company being absorbed following acquisition.
