Cuneiform Records is an independent record label based in Silver Spring, Maryland, founded in 1984 by . It shares offices with Wayside Music, an online music mail order service founded in 1980. The label releases a mixture of musical styles, including progressive jazz, modern fusion music, progressive rock, the Canterbury Scene (and related artists) and electronic music.
