Brazilian Label with a Portuguese branch. In Brazil belonging to the communications conglomerate Grupo Globo (). It was created in 1969, but only started to make its own products in 1971. Many of the soap operas soundtracks of were available in Som Livre products, also compilations from radios from Globo conglomerate like Mundial AM and Excelsior AM and different kinds of compilations. It also release albums from artists of samba, pop, rock, forró, MPB, gospel and sertanejo. In November 2020, Grupo Globo put the label up for sale, and in April 2021, it was acquired by .
