US label founded by The Isley Brothers in 1964. After releasing one single (Testify, 1964), the Isleys shut the label down and moved to Motown. In 1969, they relaunched T-Neck, after recording for Motown between 1966 and 1968. T-Neck releases were initially distributed by Buddah Records and later by CBS Inc.. At least one promo single with Buddah labels, filed under Buddah Records, features a T-Neck catalog number. T-Neck may also occur as an abbreviated form of the publisher . In that case, this entity can be used for that as well.
