Born November 18 or 19, 1786, in Eutin, Prince-Bishopric of Lübeck (now Eutin, Germany), died June 5, 1826 in London, Great Britain. German composer, conductor, pianist, guitarist and critic, and was one of the first significant composers of the Romantic school.
