English DJ & producer, the very first signing to UK label Anjunabeats. In the early days, he had a band called Les Voleurs and produced drum & bass as Scalar. Later, he became commonly known for his collaborative works and remixes with fellow Englishman Mark Pledger under their trance guise as Smith & Pledger (also known as Aspekt and White Water). In 2006 he started to focus on his solo trance career under his real name and in 2013, he debuted his deep progressive alias Meramek. On May 2 2025, he released his long-awaited debut album [m=3833976].
