This is for the San Francisco punk band. Fronted by with fellow singers & the Mutants were formed in 1977 by seven SF art school students. They found inspiration in the punk rock scene as well as Andy Warhol's Factory, ' Dreamlanders, and SF's glitter-and-makeup adorned performance art troupe, .
