SIIE is a Swiss-German electro duo that has been combining darkwave, techno and EBM into an unmistakable sound since 2021. With French lyrics, they create a musical world that captures dystopias, emotions and everyday rhythms and hovers between the familiar and the strange. Their music, characterised by a mystical atmosphere and inspired by the aesthetics of great cinema classics, unfolds together with haunting images to create an intense audiovisual experience that captivates listeners and viewers alike. In 2023, SIIE released their first singles on the US label Manta Recordings, accompanied by remixes by international artists such as Panther Modern and Joyce Muniz. Collaborations with Sian and Damon Jee also led them to Joris Voorn's label Spectrum. The duo has performed live on stages such as the WGT EBM Warm Up in Leipzig, the Kit Kat Club in Berlin and the Logo in Hamburg. A highlight was third place at the Berlin Music Video Awards in the Best Performer category for the video for Le Sept with performer Eléa Ha Minh Tay. Their debut album will be released in May 2025 on Cold Transmission Music, heralded by the singles Grand Virage, Cité Lunaire and Tendance.
