In 2023 attended the Dutch Grammy award ceremony (Edison Prijs) and he was quite shocked by the music he heard there. Auto-tuned, quantized, polished plastic music, stripped from all its human idiosyncrasies, natural rawness and beautiful imperfections. A rage started growing inside: the unstoppable urge to create something powerful, raw, imperfect and loud. So he contacted his studio neighbour/guitarist and said let’s start a punk band called “PREGO”! Yves said hell yes and together with Grand East frontman and drummer they recorded 5 electrifying original songs that are out on Spotify and super limited edition 10” vinyl. NOTE: There are not 5 but 6 songs on the EP.
