Harrison Patrick Smith (born March 19, 1996) is an American singer and songwriter born in Los Angeles, California. He went to college in Portland, Oregon, where he started making music as Turtlenecked and played shows with a couple friends. Smith later relocated to New York City and developed his sound as The Dare. He has worked with Charli XCX on her Brat album.
