Smoked Salmon is a concept, a collection of recordings, a collective, a philosophy of least resistance leaded by Kim Salmon. It has an international cast of around a dozen members, different players for different locations - Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth, Tokyo and Paris. Smoked Salmon has played all over Australia, stormed through France (sharing the stage with Warren Ellis and Kid Congo Powers) and launched a blitzkrieg tour of Japan.
