Fictional 20th-century English Music Hall artist, a creation of Joe Jackson for his album [m3315289]. The character was born in 1882 in London's East End, supposedly related to the Victorian entertainer Harry Champion, and performed with Gus Elen and Vesta Tilley. Supposedly died in Belgium during World War I.
