Florian Christl

Florian Christl is a German pianist and self-taught composer working in the neoclassical and classical crossover styles. His music is emotional, melodic and often combines piano with expressive string arrangements. His style combines 21st century minimalism with a cinematic feel. Among his inspirations he names Max Richter, Ludovico Einaudi and the classics Beethoven and Vivaldi. He gained widespread fame after his demo recordings were noticed by the Sony Classical label. His debut album Inspiration (2018) topped the iTunes classical charts in Germany. Krystle does not follow strict rules of music theory, preferring improvisation and free expression of emotions.
