Experimental Quartet

Experimental Quartet was formed in November 1971, by students: (guitars, vocals), (piano, organ), (bass guitar) and Dan Igrețiu (drums). In 1973, Călin Coldea left the group to form his band and was replaced by , after an interlude with Boldizsár István on bass and vocals. Also Dan Igrețiu left and became the drummer. In 1973, their repertoire consisted of original compositions and belonged to the progressive jazz-rock genre.
