Founded in 2013 by some former members of LA original Downset. Released a single named "Forgotten" in 2013 as Downset and they did a Europe tour but had to change the name due to legal issues with the remaining members of Downset who started at the same time to re-activate the band. Changed their name later to Cutthroat and then to Cutthroat LA.
