The Muslims is a queer, Black and Brown punk band from Durham NC. It's a political band that started in 2017 after Trump won. As of February, 2021, The Muslims have released 5 albums, all on April 1st. Taking inspiration from classic punk and afropunk roots, they mix hardcore, rock-rap fusion, political satire and shared experiences as multi-racial Muslims into a powerful and spiritual deliverance. The band consists of FaraH BaHbaH, QADR and Abu Shea as listed on their official website.
