Side Baby (born Arturo Bruni, Rome, 13 September 1994) is an Italian rapper who first rose to prominence as a member of Dark Polo Gang, playing a key role in the early development of the Roman trap wave between 2014 and 2018. After leaving the group, he began a solo career under the Side Baby name, moving toward a darker, more personal sound. His debut album Arturo (2019), released via Universal Music Group, marked a clear stylistic shift from his earlier work. He followed with Il ritorno del vero (2021), fully produced by Sick Luke, consolidating his solo identity while maintaining ties to the DPG circle through collaborations with Tony Effe and others. In 2024 he released Leggendario, continuing his evolution toward a more introspective and refined take on Italian trap.
