The Tohru Aizawa Quartet was a short-lived Japanese spiritual jazz group of university students, active in the early 1970s. Led by pianist Tohru Aizawa (later a diabetes specialist doctor), they recorded one acclaimed private-press album, Tachibana (1975), before disbanding.
