Aleksandr Aleksandrovich Malets (born May 24, 1983, Nizhny Tagil, USSR), better known by his stage name Капа, is a Russian rapper, singer, lyricist, beatmaker, musician, music video director and music producer. Founder and member of the Samara rap groups Dog Pack (Russian: Собачья Стая) (1999-2000), Heads of the Five Families (Russian: Главы Пяти Семей) (2000), Soldiers of Concrete Lyrics (Russian: Солдаты Бетонной Лирики) (2000-2006), Kapa and the Cartel (Russian: Капа и Картель (2)) (2006-2009), Kapa and DaBo (Russian: Капа и DаБо) (2011-2014), Tomahawks of the Manitou (Russian: Томагавки Маниту) (2017-2018) and Art. 77 (Russian: Ст. 77) (since 2018). Winner of the hip-hop festival Free Nation '99. Bronze winner of the festival Kofemolka in 2001. Participant of the festival Rap Music 2002 ("Best MC of the Year"). Award nominee at the Hip-Hop.Ru Awards 2004, Hip-Hop.Ru Awards 2005, Hip-Hop.Ru Awards 2007, Hip-Hop.Ru Awards 2009 and Hip-Hop.Ru Awards 2014. He is one of the first rappers in Samara.
