Thomas Dinger

German drummer, singer and songwriter, born 28 October 1952, died 9 April 2002. Younger brother of Klaus Dinger, son of Heinz Dinger and Renate Dinger. In 1972, he is introduced into drumming by his brother. In the late stage of 's band , Thomas is involved in the recording of their last album, together with studio assistant . As Neu! splits, both become founding members of Klaus Dinger's new band in 1975. In 1983, the band splits and in the following time, Klaus and Thomas fall out with each other. They do not talk to each other anymore, only via lawyers or their parents. This period ends in the late 1990's, but suddenly ends, when Thomas passes away at the age of 49 in 2002.
