Ohio-based Death metal group with members from the Columbus, Cincinnati and Cleveland areas. Named after the song "Shed the Skin" by Blood of Christ. Originally formed (with their original singer Duane Morris) as a Blood of Christ Tribute lineup to perform a set of Blood of Christ material at the 20th Anniversary Memorial concert in honor of the death of Tom Rojack. After their set the band decided to continue together, although with Ash taking over vocal duties, and named the band after a Blood of Christ song. They would later record an unreleased Blood of Christ song "Innermost Sanctury" on their "Harrowing Faith" album, and Duane would make a guest appearance on vocals with the band at Konyafest 3 performing the "Shed The Skin" song. They also performed a live cover of the unreleased From the Depths song "Forever" with guest vocals by Rob Molzan of Decrepit (3).
