Steve Dobrogosz

American composer and pianist, born 28 January 1956 in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, USA. Since 1978 residing in Stockholm, Sweden. He grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina and studied at Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. His vast work is spread over several genres: jazz, pop and classical. He's also written several popular works for a choir, among them the 1992 popular 'Mass', which has been performed in 40+ countries. In Sweden he has made several albums with Swedish jazz singer during the 80s. He is married to Swedish flautist , and they have a son, the jazz pianist .
