Khayyam (born 18 February 1927, Rahon, Punjab, British India - died 19 August 2019, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India) was an Indian music director and background score composer whose career in Bollywood spanned four decades. In 2011, the Indian Government awarded him the third-highest civilian honour, Padma Bhushan.
