Hip hop group formed in 1991 in Los Angeles, CA, United States, consisting of Producer/MC E-Swift and MC's Tash & J-Ro. The group was originally called E.S.P. (Educated Street Poets), but had to change to Tha Alkaholiks due to name conflict with other groups named ESP.
