Mexican norteño, grupero, chicana, cumbia, merequetengue and ballad band formed in 1979 as "Los Broncos De Apodaca" with , , and Erick Garza. With gained notoriety they managed to consolidate solely as "Bronco". joined the band in 1987, replacing Erick. Although Bronco disbanded in 1997, the original members got together in 2003 renaming the group until 2015 as due to legal issues, alternating musicians in between. 2017 marks the return of Lupe and the band under its memorable name "Bronco".
