American hip hop trio from East Orange, New Jersey, USA— Anthony Shawn Criss (Treach), Vincent Brown (Vin Rock), and Kier Gist (Kay Gee). Active 1986–2002, 2006–present. They began recording as The New Style in the late 1980s before adopting the name Naughty By Nature and breaking through with the self-titled 1991 album and the single “O.P.P.” Appeared in the movies The Meteor Man and Who's The Man. Treach married Sandra "PEPA" Denton (of Salt-N-Pepa) in 1999.
