Artist
British blues singer and guitarist, active in late 60s. Allegedly bearing a full name of Ferdinand Jaklin, and said to grown up in Liverpool before moving down to London, this blues musician was 24 years old when he was spotted by B&C producer/A&R man Douglas Mew, who placed him with B&C-owned underground label Stable Records in the summer of 1969. Backed by the likes of bassist Andy Rae (future ), the young keyboardist Tommy Eyre (former 's band) and the drummer John Pearson (later in ), Jaklin released their sole album in 1969. Despite some positive reviews, shortly thereafter Jaklin disappeared completely.
