Canadian punk band founded in Vancouver, BC in 1978 by vocalist , along with bassist and drummer . Keithley has led the band through numerous lineup changes ever since, with only two brief hiatuses 1990 - 1992 and 2013 - 2014. D.O.A. is regarded as one of the founders of Hardcore Punk, and credited with giving the genre it's name with via their 1981 album [m=43150].
