Wilhelm Anton "Bill" Leeb (born 21 September 1966, in Vienna, Austria) is an Austrian-Canadian electronic musician and record producer. Leeb immigrated with his parents to Canada in his childhood. In 1984, he joined the early Industrial and EBM band as bass synth player. In 1986, he left the band in order to form his own band, . A year later, he also co-founded the side project . In the following years, Leeb founded and joined numerous side projects and collaborations within the Dark Electro genre. Only in 2024, he released his first solo album.
