ExLovers were a London-based indie band active from 2008 to around 2013. Their sound blended dream pop, shoegaze, and melodic guitar pop. The lineup featured Peter Scott (vocals, guitar), Laurel Sills (vocals, keys), Danny Blackman (bass), Chris Woodhead (guitar), and Brooke Rogers (drums, formerly of Llama Farmers). The band debuted with the single "Just a Silhouette" (2008), followed by the EP "You Forget So Easily" (2009), and released their sole album "Moth" (2012) on Young and Lost Club. Moth was particularly popular in Japan, where it was later reissued with bonus tracks. After the album’s release, the group went quiet, but their sound has continued to earn cult appreciation within indie circles. In 2023, Moth was reissued on vinyl by Japanese label P-Vine Records, accompanied by a limited reunion tour in Japan.
